With years of experience as a computer scientist, small business owner, researcher, and teacher, Dr. Morris will work to protect personal rights and privacy, make technology safer and fairer, and improve education, health, and financial independence for all Philadelphians.

We need new ideas, new ways of thinking, and a new class of problem-solvers in Washington. As a progressive technocrat, Karl will be a representative focused on making sure our government works for everyone!

The world we live in is changing, and Philadelphians need representatives in Congress that understand it. They need people that know their struggles, and can lead in way that ensure they aren't exploited, ignored, or left behind.
